Information: Ruling is a new blow to the Citizenship Office
A severely disabled woman with the language skills of a one-and-a-half-year-old child was denied citizenship because she had not passed “Prøve i Dansk 2”. It is deeply disturbing that a majority of Indfødsretsudvalget accepts arbitrariness and a lack of legal certainty.
