Berlingske: Super hospitals are an unacceptable scandal
The establishment of most super-hospitals has been plagued by scandals involving budget overruns and delays. That heads have not rolled is bad enough, but that lessons have not been learned from the mistakes that have carried over from one project to another is completely unforgivable.
