Luc Debruyne has stepped down as Chairman of Bavarian Nordic after a failed takeover attempt by two private equity firms, Nordic Capital and Permira. The offer, initially set at 233 DKK per share and later raised to 250 DKK, received only 60% shareholder approval, short of the required 66.6%....
